Pass Set Crush Director Joan Forge
Joan Forge established Pass Set Crush Volleyball Camp in 1999. Coach Forge is the Head Women’s Volleyball Coach at Plymouth State University. She received her undergraduate degree ‘77 and masters degree ‘00 from Plymouth State and she came full circle when she assumed the role as Head Coach for PSU in 2018. She was inducted into the Plymouth State University Athletic Hall of Fame in 2002. Coach Forge took this position after being a physical education teacher and coach of high school girls’ sports for over 40 years including 33 years as the head volleyball coach at Gilford High School. While at Gilford she became the winningest volleyball coach in New Hampshire volleyball history, sporting a 542-83 record. Her expertise in the sport of volleyball helped Gilford set numerous state records in New Hampshire: 20 appearances in the state finals, 15 state championships including a run of nine-straight championships, a 92-game winning streak, and 30 trips (24 consecutive) to the state semifinals. Joan has been at the helm of the Plymouth State University volleyball team for six years compiling a record of 112-42. She has guided the Panthers to three consecutive Little East Conference (LEC) regular season titles (2019, 2021 and 2022) and reached the conference championship match three of the past four seasons. She was selected LEC Coach of the Year two times (2019 and 2021). Coach Forge brings with her to Pass Set Crush Volleyball camp an outstanding coaching staff. Campers will receive personal attention from a staff that includes high school, club, and college coaches, as well as talented college and high school players.
Assistant Directors
Assistant Director Kat LaBrie played high school volleyball at Plymouth Regional HS in Plymouth, NH. Kat went to college at Misericordia University in Pennsylvania and played volleyball and softball for 4 years. She helped lead her volleyball team to two appearances in the MAC Freedom Conference Championships and her softball team to a MAC Freedom Conference Championship and an appearance in the NCAA Regional Finals. Kat served as the assistant women’s volleyball coach at Misericordia University in 2013. In 2015 she served as the freshman volleyball coach at Plymouth Regional HS. Kat is currently the preschool Speech Pathologist at Plymouth Elementary School and is an assistant women’s volleyball coach at Plymouth State University. Kat has been a part of Pass Set Crush Volleyball Camp for 21 years.
Assistant Director Brittany (McNally) Tomascak played high school volleyball at Pinkerton Academy in Derry, NH and at the collegiate level for Springfield College. Britt coached both girls and boys volleyball at West Springfield HS in West Springfield, MA during the 2011-2012 school year. Britt then became a physical education teacher at Shrewsbury HS in Shrewsbury, MA for six years, including five years as the JV girls volleyball coach. In 2013-2014 Britt was the assistant women's volleyball coach at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. As of 2018, Britt is currently a physical education teacher and the freshman girls volleyball coach at Andover HS in Andover, MA. Britt has been a part of Pass Set Crush Volleyball Camp for 22 years.

She was also selected to the NCAA Region 1 Team, named LEC Offensive Player of the Week three times, and First Team All-Conference. Nora was also named the PSU Female Athlete of the Month in September.

Jordan Dean was selected as the DII Player of the Year, First Team DII All-State, WMUR TV Hometown Hero, and Honorable Mention All American. Maddie Harris was named DII First Team All-State, and reached the 500 career digs milestone. Shannon Mercer was named DII Second Team All-State. Shannon reached the 1,000 career assist milestone.

Jo Coffey was selected as the DI Player of the Year, First Team All-State, and she reached the milestone of 1,000 career assists. Jo also received the prestigious Gatorade Volleyball Player of the Year award, and Honorable Mention All American. Elise Jolly was named to the DI First Team All-State.

Lori West, after graduating Plymouth State University in 2011, got her first physical education teaching position K-8 in Pembroke, NH. Lori was also the freshmen volleyball coach at Gilford High School

Ally Murphy from Gilford was selected to the New Hampshire Class M/S All State Team. Murphy and teammate Alicia Bean were also members of the Gilford High School Volleyball team who captured the Class M/S Volleyball State Championship title.
Joan Forge coached Gilford High School to their 7th consecutive state title. This accomplishment ranks Gilford 10th in the country for wins in a row according to the National Federation of High School Record Book. Gilford also holds the state record for most consecutive wins— 92 in a row!
Congratulations to Jordan Pelzar and Coach Randy Mattson from Inter-Lakes High School for defeating Gilford and stopping their five year winning streak.
Finally, Pass Set Crush would like to congratulate Lindsey Carr, a camper from last year, who made the New Hampshire Class M/S All State Team as a freshman and was a member of the Class M/S State Championship team.

Taylor Forsberg from Moultonborough was selected to the New Hampshire All State Team, she was named the 2004 Class S Player of the Year, and her high school Team won the Class S state championship.
Rachel Burack and Kate McGourty of Inter-Lakes were selected to the New Hampshire All State Team, and along with teammate Courtney Quinney, their high school team finished as the Class M State Runner-Up.
Sarah Wainwright of Gilford was selected to the New Hampshire All State Team and both Sarah and Krysten Stewart's high school team won the Class M state championship.
Coach Joan Forge of Gilford High School was selected the Class M Coach of the Year. In 2004, Gilford won it's 6th consecutive state championship. Gilford also currently holds the state record for most consecutive wins. 85 wins in a row!

Congratulations to Stevie Orton from Gilford High School in Gilford, NH for receiving a full tuition scholarship to Snow College in central Utah to play basketball.
Congratulations to Mackenzie Nunes from Woodlands College Park High School in The Woodlands, Texas for being recruited to play volleyball at Springfield College in the fall of 2018.
Congratulations to Kasey Moore, Karly Sanborn, Lexi Boisvert, Abby Warren and Naomi Eldridge from Gilford High School in Gilford, NH for reaching the New Hampshire Division II Final 4. Karly Sanborn was selected to the DII All-State Second Team.
Congratulations to Coach Forge from Gilford High School in Gilford, NH for reaching the New Hampshire Final Four for the 24th consecutive year.
Congratulations to Tori Boulay from Kingston High School in Kingston, NY for winning the sections and regionals for the first time since 1999, making it to the Class AA State Championship Final Four for the first time ever, and placing third. Tori was selected to the All State Tournament Team.

Congratulations to Anna Zerwas from Shrewsbury High School (MA) for being selected as a Midland-Wachusett League All-Star as a sophomore.
Congratulations to Jordan Dean for making the St. Michaels College Volleyball Team. Jordan was a freshman and started as their outside hitter.

Congratulations to Coach Joan Forge, Gilford High School, for winning her 15th State Championship and for reaching the milestone of 500 career wins. Coach Forge was also named the 2015 DII Coach of the Year.
Congratulations to Jordan Dean, Maddie Harris and Shannon Mercer, all from Gilford High School, for winning the DII Volleyball State Championship, and finishing with a 20-0 record. Jordan Dean was selected as the DII Player of the Year, First Team DII All-State, WMUR TV Hometown Hero, and Honorable Mention All American. Maddie Harris was named DII First Team All-State, and reached the 500 career digs milestone. Shannon Mercer was named DII Second Team All-State. Shannon reached the 1,000 career assist milestone.
Congratulations to Coach Tammy Lambrou, Jo Coffey, and Elise Jolly, all from Merrimack High School, for reaching the DI Final Four. Jo Coffey was selected as the DI Player of the Year, First Team All-State, and she reached the milestone of 1,000 career assists. Jo also received the prestigious Gatorade Volleyball Player of the Year award, and Honorable Mention All American. Elise Jolly was named to the DI First Team All-State.

Congratulations to Jennie and Jo Coffey, both from Merrimack High School, for winning the DI Volleyball State Championship. Jennie was selected as the DI Player of the Year, as well as being named DI First Team All-State. Jo was named DI Second Team All-State.
Congratulations to Coach Joan Forge, Gilford High School, for making it to the Final Four for the 26th time in her 29 years as a varsity volleyball coach.

Charleyne Panner was selected DII Player of the Year by the New Hampshire Volleyball Coaches’ Association. Charleyne was also the WMUR TV Hometown Hero and was selected to the DII All State 1st Team, Union Leader All State Volleyball Team and the Citizen Lakes Region All Star Team.
Coach Joan Forge, Charleyne Panner and Kelly Gallant won the New Hampshire DII Volleyball State Championship for the second year in a row.
Coach Tammy Lambrou, Alyssa Melanson and Nikki Mathewson were the New Hampshire DI Volleyball State Runners Up for the second year in a row.
Nicole Poitras was named to the DIII All State Honorable Mention Team.
Britt McNally got her first college coaching job as the assistant women's volleyball coach at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Olivia Broderick and Charleyne Panner were selected to the Union Leader All State Volleyball Team. Coach Forge was selected by the Union Leader as Coach of the Year.
Catherine Kazazian was named to the DI All State 2nd Team.
Bree McCarthy was named to the DI All State Honorable Mention Team.
Olivia Broderick and Charleyne Panner were named to the DII All State 1st Team.
Britt McNally got her 1st volleyball coaching position at West Springfield High School in West Springfield, MA. Britt will be graduating Springfield College this coming spring with a degree in physical education.
Lori West, after graduating Plymouth State University in 2011, got her first physical education teaching position K-8 in Pembroke, NH. Lori was also the freshmen volleyball coach at Gilford High School

Congratulations to Joan Forge for being selected as the New Hampshire Division II Volleyball Coach of the Year. Joan coached Gilford High School to their 8th consecutive state title. This accomplishment ranks Gilford 7th in the country for Championship Wins in a Row according to the National Federation of High School Sports Record Book.

Ally Murphy from Gilford was selected to the New Hampshire Class M/S All State Team. Murphy and teammate Alicia Bean were also members of the Gilford High School Volleyball team who captured the Class M/S Volleyball State Championship title.
Joan Forge coached Gilford High School to their 7th consecutive state title. This accomplishment ranks Gilford 10th in the country for wins in a row according to the National Federation of High School Record Book. Gilford also holds the state record for most consecutive wins— 92 in a row!
Congratulations to Jordan Pelzar and Coach Randy Mattson from Inter-Lakes High School for defeating Gilford and stopping their five year winning streak.
Finally, Pass Set Crush would like to congratulate Lindsey Carr, a camper from last year, who made the New Hampshire Class M/S All State Team as a freshman and was a member of the Class M/S State Championship team.
Pass Set Crush would like to congratulate our 2004 staff:
Taylor Forsberg from Moultonborough was selected to the New Hampshire All State Team, she was named the 2004 Class S Player of the Year, and her high school Team won the Class S state championship.
Rachel Burack and Kate McGourty of Inter-Lakes were selected to the New Hampshire All State Team, and along with teammate Courtney Quinney, their high school team finished as the Class M State Runner-Up.
Sarah Wainwright of Gilford was selected to the New Hampshire All State Team and both Sarah and Krysten Stewart's high school team won the Class M state championship.
Coach Joan Forge of Gilford High School was selected the Class M Coach of the Year. In 2004, Gilford won it's 6th consecutive state championship. Gilford also currently holds the state record for most consecutive wins. 85 wins in a row!
